Scott Farms Crawfish Etoufee

Makes 2-4 servings. Double recipe for more people.


1 bell pepper chopped
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 stick of celery
1 onion
1 1/2 teaspoon SCOTT FARMS Grateful Garlic
1 teaspoon SCOTT FARMS Blackened Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 dashes of your favorite hot sauce
1 lb crawfish tails (can be found frozen in seafood section if not available
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Hot cooked rice


Melt butter in large skillet. Add the onions, celery, SCOTT FARMS Grateful Garlic,
and bell pepper.  Saute over low heat for 30 minutes. Add SCOTT FARMS Blackened
Seasoning, paprika, and hot sauce.  Add the crawfish tails (if you don't want
whole tails chop into smaller pieces). Cook for 1 minute. Stir in the flour.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken broth and green onions.
Cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.  Salt to taste. Serve over your
favorite rice.
