Scott Farms Greek Salad Dressing

Makes one pint.


  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon of SCOTT FARMS Grateful Garlic Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon of minced green onions or shallot
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil


Combine all ingredients (except oil) in a mixing bowl with a whisk. Once combined, slowly pour in olive oil while whisking to form an emulsion. Serve over favorite greek salad.
