Scott Farms Cheese Bread Sticks

This is such a wonderful addition to your Italian dishes. I love this one. Larry


  • 1 large boule sourdough bread
  • 1 teaspoon SCOTT FARMS Grateful Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon SCOTT FARMS Dill-icious Dip Mix
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup parmesan or romano cheese, grated.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bread from top down to about 1 inch from the bottom. Cut entire loaf at approximately 1 inch intervals, then rotate loaf a quarter turn and slice again within 1 inch of bottom. Next place on a foil sheet large enough to fold over bread. Mix the SCOTT FARMS Grateful Garlic & SCOTT FARMS Dill-icious Dip Mix into the melted butter. Pour mixture over the loaf and down into the cuts. Top with cheese and fold foil securely over loaf. Place in oven on top rack for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Excellent with Italian dishes.
