Shrimp Po' Boys are a tradition on the Gulf Coast. So enjoy this Coastal treat!!


  • 2 Lbs of large steamed shrimp
  • 1 cup of real mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp of Scott Farms Grateful Garlic Seasoning
  • 2-3 green onions diced
  • 1 TBS of spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1 tsp of Scott Farms Blackened Seasoning
  • 4 Hogie rolls, split
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened (can use any of our herb butter recipes as an option)
  • 2 cups of shredded lettuce


1)  Peel & devein boiled shrimp,set aside.

2)  In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, green onions, mustard, & blackened seasoning, set aside.

3) Spread cut side of hogie roll evenly with softened butter (or Scott Farms herb butter). butter side up broil roll halves until golden. Spread the above prepared sauce over toasted hogie buns. Place shrimp, lettuce & tomatoes on bottom of rolls, cover with tops & enjoy!!    

Note: If you prefer fried shrimp instead of boiled on your Po'Boy, coat your shrimp with your favorite breading & deep fry in canola or peanut oil and let cool. Then proceed with rest of recipe.
