Cheezy Queso Mix

 

Cheezy Queso Mix  With a careful combination of cheese, herbs and spices, our Scott Farms family has developed a unique and tasty specialty queso mix. directions: mix package contents and 2 cups of water with whisk.  microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir. microwave 5 additional minutes, then stir again. let stand for 5 minutes. serve. (total preparation time: 15 minutes)  Serve with chips or make nachos or chili pies. Suggestions: add browned hamburger or sausage. For a thicker, milder queso, add 1 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup .  Excellent addition to baked potatoes, rice or vegetables. Bar-B-Que Rub

Excellent rub for beef brisket and ribs. Also makes an excellent Bar-B-Que sauce. (Recipe included) We have many great recipes in the recipe section for this one. I will dare you to compare the Bar- B-Que sauce made from this rub with any on the market. When we sample this one at our trade shows it is an instant hit.
