2 fresh salmon fillets, 1 tablespoon Scott Farms Southern Sweetness Rub, 1/4 cup beer or wine, 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Combine Southern Sweetness Rub, beer or wine, and olive oil in a large plastic bag. Place salmon in bag, being sure to coat salmon well. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Grill salmon over medium heat until fish flakes easily with a fork.
