Scott Farms Crab Casserole

This is a wonderful casserole for you seafood lovers.

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 6 1/2 can crabmeat drained (can use the crabmeat in pouches)
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup half & Half
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced stuffed green olives
  • 2 T chopped parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. Scott Farms In A Pinch Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Scott Farms Grateful Garlic Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup buttered soft bread crumbs
  • olives sliced for garnish

Directions:

In a large bowl break up crabmeat in chunks. Add other ingredients except buttered breadcrumbs and olives set aside for garnish. Fold together. Spoon into 1 qt. baking dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with olives.
